Elect Gavin Milligan for Maidencreek Township Supervisor

Hi, I’m Gavin! I am a proud Maidencreek resident, certified Master Planner, and volunteer firefighter who leads with a simple principle: listen, learn, and lead. I listen to residents and staff with intention, learn from those with experience, and lead by making thoughtful decisions rooted in what’s right—not just what’s easy or expected.

That mindset has driven real results across my robust and diverse experience in government, business, and nonprofit leadership. While others like to look like they’re working, I’ve actually earned trust and credibility, turned around struggling organizations, and solved hard problems—by staying focused, working hard, and putting people first.

Gavin's Key Initiatives

Responsible Growth & Preservation

Maidencreek is growing. Growth shouldn’t come at the expense of farmland, safety, or infrastructure. As a Township and County Planning Commissioner and certified Master Planner, I understand how to say yes to the right projects and no to the ones that don’t make sense. I’ll prioritize smart development that respects our environment and character.

Strong Public Services

As a volunteer firefighter, I’ve seen the needs of our first responders up close. I’ll advocate for long-term solutions in fire, EMS, police, and public works — not just band-aids. Public safety, road maintenance, and stormwater management should never be afterthoughts. Most importantly, without unnecessary tax increases.

Fiscal Responsibility & Conservation

Taxpayers deserve a board that can say no when it counts and yes when it’s worth it. As the person managing growth and budgeting for many businesses and organizations, I bring direct experience balancing limited resources with high expectations. I’ll work to pursue grants, leverage public-private partnerships, and responsibly steward your tax dollars.
